How early should I arrive for my appointment.
Because we take the time to review your aura report so we can customize your treatment beforehand, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time.
What can I expect on my visit?
Our spa etiquette is one of great respect for our guests. We see you as divine in nature and ask that you respond in kind. Voices are lowered to ensure all present receiving treatments enjoy their visit. We are glad to spend as much time as is necessary to ensure your satisfaction. We ask you understand that other clients may be scheduled before or after your appointment times. Being on time and promptly allowing the room to be prepared post treatment are greatly appreciated.
What if I don’t want an Aura Report?
No problem! It is not required and our talented therapists will consult with you one-on-one to ensure you have a wonderful experience.
How much should I tip?
Gratuity is always much appreciated and is a significant part of how our Therapists and Practitioners earn their living.
Similar to dining out or other service industries we recommend a 20% to 25% gratuity based on the cost of your treatment for excellent service. As always it is completely up to you and your generosity will reflect the service you received.
What should I wear?
For our energy and sound treatments we recommend comfortable clothing such as sports wear or yoga clothing. As the rooms are air conditioned you may consider a long pant although blankets and warmed beds are prepared for you ahead of time.
For hands on bodywork such as massage you are encouraged to undress to your comfort level to receive the maximum benefit of muscle release.
Your therapist will always leave you in privacy while you disrobe and climb into our super soft organic sheets and the soothing warmth of the Amethyst Bio Mat heated massage table, and they will knock to ensure you’re ready and comfortable before reentering the room. You will not be undressed or nude in front of your therapist at any point during your treatment.
How is payment handled?
Currently we do not require prepayment for your service. We simply settle after your appointment.
If you would like to prepay as a gift we have gift certificates available and can also take payment over the phone prior.
Because we handle payment at the time of service we do ask that you adhere to our 24 hour cancellation notice.
As a boutique spa our therapists are dedicated professionals who are invested in your wellness, and as a business we are responsible for their compensation.
While we do not currently require you to prepay for your service when booking, to ensure we can continue to provide a luxurious and one of a kind experience we ask that you agree to a 24 hour cancellation notice policy.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
If you must cancel with less than 24 hours notice or should you miss your appointment time, Please remit $75 cancellation fee by calling 941.706.3257.
Events are refundable up to 72 hours in advance. Post 72 hours, any event or seminar is non-refundable if prepaid.
