Treat your group to a private sound journey at our beautiful shop & spa! A private sound journey is an amazing way to bond with your friends or coworkers, celebrate a special occasion, or just experience a transcendental sound journey on your own schedule.

Or, for an extra fee, we can come to you! 

Private sound journeys include 5-10 crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells, an array of melodic and percussive world instruments, and channeled violin and strings for a surreal meditation experience like you’ve never before had!

OM About the Sound Journeys

The sound journey is a one-hour experience, and you are booking a 75-minute time slot. The additional time is for settling in, introduction, and our Q& A session afterwards. We provide everything your group will need for the sound journey. 

Zero-gravity chairs and eye masks will be setup and ready for you to enhance your inward journey. If you require any specific alterations,  please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

We can tailor your special event to your needs, so please let us know if you would like any additional services (longer time, crystal alchemy, or aromatherapy body mists) and we will provide you with a custom quote.

* When choosing your sound journey experience, remember to take into account the space you have available for both the instruments & the number of people that will be attending. If renting a space, remember to include a 30-minute minimum time frame for set-up & break down.

**If you’d like to book a monthly private sound journey, contact us about our special monthly rate. There is a 3-month minimum in order to receive the monthly discount.

  • Please contact us to schedule.
  • Once a date is agreed upon, we will send you an invoice to pay the deposit through.
  • A minimum $250 non-refundable deposit reserves your booking time.
  • Remaining payment 24 hours before the event. 
  • Rates are subject to change depending on the exact details of your private event (ie – adding additional time, or other modalities such as crystals, aromatherapy body mists, etc.).
  • 1 reschedule is allowed providing at least 7 days notice is given.
  • If you would like additional time to relax with your group that can be arranged in advance. Rate is $50/30 min when arranged in advance. $75/30 min day of. Price is rounded up to the nearest half hour.

Our Terms & Conditions are binding to protect our instruments & your interests! Your registration and payment for any and all events, workshops, and sessions with The OM Shoppe & Spa, and/or any and all other entities (studios, people etc.) associated with the our OMTM  Shamanic Sound Journeys implies your complete agreement with these policies.  

Please note that some events may have different policies and those policies will be listed on the event page. When you book a session or make a payment for any and all events, you are agreeing with all policies pertaining to that particular event or session. If anything is unclear, please ask us prior to booking or making payment. All policies apply regardless of individual circumstances. If you do not follow the policies your participation at the event, or your event will be canceled without refund.

If any event or training is cancelled due to some unforeseen circumstance, you will receive a full refund for payments made to us. We are not responsible for any other travel costs you may have incurred.

Make sure you leave with everything you came in with! We are not responsible for left, lost, or stolen items. If you leave something at The OM Shoppe & Spa, we will hold it for 14 days and then donate it to charity.

Private Events at The Om Shoppe & Spa

  • All above policies for group events at The Om Shoppe & Spa apply.
  • Rates listed are for our basic sound journey experience.
  • Rates are subject to change depending on the exact details of your private event (ie – adding additional time, or other modalities such as crystal therapy or body mist aromatherapy).
  • Full payment reserves your time slot.
  • No refunds.
  • Please book for the number of people you are expecting, if more show up, the difference will be due on the day of the event.
  • No refunds if less people show up than originally booked.
  • If you would like additional time to relax with your group that can be arranged in advance. Rate is $50/30 min when arranged in advance. $75/30 min day of. Price is rounded up to the nearest half hour.
  • Do not bring food or beverages to the center (water is allowed in a closed container).
  • Any kind of party favors (balloons, decorations, costumes etc.) must be discussed and approved before you arrive. If you have not approved outside items, you may not bring them in.

Private Soundbaths at location of your choice

  • 50% deposit confirms your date. Deposit is non-refundable.
  • Remainder is due 1 week prior to event.
  • No refunds.
  • You may hold the date with a payment of $250 for one session, providing event is at least 1 month away. This is intended for those that are still organizing their event and are not ready to place a 50% deposit. This amount is non-refundable. It does apply to full cost of event if booking is confirmed.
  • If your event is running late and you would like more time, we will accommodate you if possible.  The overtime rate is $150 for every 30 minutes or portion thereof.
  • Special events that are outside the normal private sound journey may have additional terms & conditions that will be on the invoice.
